Asgo redefines excellence in food production with its SAS System Injectors, designed to implement the most advanced injection processes, covering a wide range of meat raw materials:
- Red meat cuts and parts, with or without bone
- Whole birds and white meat cuts, with or without bones

High Production Capacity
- Independent servo-drive systems for the injection head and the conveyor
- The conveyor is driven in sync with the injection head, allowing for various combinations of injection patterns
- Conveyor with electronic speed control, gently moving the injected meat
Uniform Brine Distribution
- Pumps that supply brine to each wellhead independently*
- Special pump for high-viscosity brines (optional)
- Smooth adjustment of brine pressure for each individual head
- Option to divide the head into two independent sections with different pressures (optional, for dual-head machines)

Multi-Stage Brine Filtration System
- Internal filter with replaceable cartridges of different grades, selected based on the type of needles used; the filter’s contamination level is monitored automatically
- FBN rotary filter with a slotted drum for fine cleaning of return brine, with the option to adjust the slot width to the return brine
- Specially molded filter base
- Option to use a protein filter (optional)
Fast and Effective Cleaning System
- Quick and easy replacement of needle heads
- Head cleaning system that minimizes the time required to clean the interior of the injection head
